Exitex Capex Snap Down Glazing Bar – 10mm to 25mm

Low in cost, high in quality. The Exitex Capex Snap Down Glazing Bar features a strong aluminium base bar with a durable, maintenance-free uPVC top capping. Designed to join and seal polycarbonate sheets along each rafter support on timber-framed lean-to roofs.

How It Works

• Base bars are screwed to the top of timber rafters to provide a seat for the roof sheets
• Top cappings are pushed down firmly until their toothed legs grip the locking point on the base bar upstand (allow a 2mm to 3mm expansion gap between the side of the sheet and the upstand on the aluminium channel)
• Weather sealing provided by rubber flapper seals co-extruded along the top capping
• Underside sealed by a long-lasting EPDM rubber gasket fitted along either side of the base bar
