Q. - Is it safe to shop on your site / Is it secure?

A - All customer's personal details and credit/debit card information that is collected on our website is secured using special encryption process.  Our server has been issued with a SSL Certificate which confirms that all information is held securely . Confirmation of this can be found on the URL, address bar in your internet browser, this should show GREEN with a locked padlock image followed by our website address starting with https://.

Q - How do I pay for my order?

A - You can pay either with any major credit or debit card.  We can also accept payments via Paypal if you prefer.  Just choose which option you require when checking out.

Q - How long does delivery take?

A - Please refer to the 'Delivery Schedule' page on our website.

Q - Will I receive a tracking number?

A - Unfortunately this is not possible as we do not use the services of a third party courier, however you should receive a call in most cases from the delivery driver with about 1 hour notice on the day of delivery.

Q - My order is damaged or missing items, what do I do.

A - If any items that appear damaged, you should note this on the driver's delivery notes.  We must be informed of any shortages or damages by email within 7 days of delivery so that we can put the issues right.  This is Very Important.

Q - What if I am not present to accept the order.

A - If it is safe and practical to do so, the driver will leave the order at your premises and photograph the goods, if not then a card will be left with contact details for you to rearrange delivery.  Again, if the order has been left you should notify us of any discrepancies as above.
