Delivery Information

Delivery Rates

Orders to mainland England, Scotland and Wales are delivered at a flat rate of £24.95. Orders over £600 qualify for free delivery. Orders over £400 qualify for a reduced delivery rate of £14.95

Delivery Timescales

The vast majority of orders are delivered within 7 working days of payment. This may occasionally extend to 10–14 working days for customers in certain UK locations.  Please refer to our Delivery Schedule by postcode area below.

On the Day of Delivery

The vehicle driver should call ahead before arriving. If you are unable to be present, the driver will leave your order in a safe place where possible for your inspection upon return. If this is not possible, a card will be left for you to arrange redelivery.

Occasionally orders may be fulfilled across more than one delivery — customers will be notified if this is the case.

Please note: We strongly advise against planning any work or booking contractors until your order has been delivered to your complete satisfaction. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to a delivery issue.

Restricted Postcode Areas

Customers in the following postcode areas should contact us prior to ordering:

  • England: WC, EC, TR & PO (Isle of Wight only)
  • Scotland: KW, PH, PA & IV (north of Inverness)

Offshore UK Deliveries

We can deliver to a mainland forwarding courier of your choice for onward transport.

Important Storage Information

We send most products wrapped in protective packaging to avoid damage during transit. When your delivery arrives, please remove the outer packaging promptly.

Do not store plastic products in direct sunlight. Products left in plastic outer packaging and/or exposed to direct sunlight — particularly during summer months — can warp and become unusable. Products damaged due to improper storage will not be accepted as damaged under our returns policy.
