Delivery Schedule

Orders to mainland England, Scotland and Wales will be delivered at the following rates:

Order value £0 - £399 = £24.95

Order value £400 - £599 = £14.95

Order value £600+ = Free of Charge

The majority of UK locations will normally be delivered to within 3 to 5 working days of order, this may occasionally extend to 10 working days for customers based in certain UK locations.

On the day of delivery the vehicle driver should call first.  If you are unable to be present to accept delivery, the driver will leave the order in a safe place if possible for your inspection upon return.  If this is not possible then a card will be left for you to arrange redelivery.  Please notify us within 7 days of any discrepancies.

Very occasionally things do not go to plan and you are advised not to plan any work or book contractors until the order has been delivered to your complete satisfaction as we cannot be held responsible for any costs involved to yourself due to a delivery issue.
